Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and H2H Media Group ("we", "us"), based in British Columbia, Canada.

They cover your use of the course platform at app.unbecomingcourse.com, including the course material, downloadable resources, the AI companion, and the practice tools.

By buying or using any part of this, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

This is the most important section in this document.

What we provide is educational content. It is for information and education only. It is not medical advice, psychological advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of those.

No professional relationship is created. Using this course, talking to the AI companion, or working through the tools does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional care relationship between you and us or anyone associated with us.

The AI companion is not a clinician. It is software. It cannot assess you, cannot diagnose you, and is not supervised by a clinician in your case. It is designed to help you understand and apply the course material, and nothing else. It will decline to give medical guidance, and you should not treat anything it says as medical guidance even if you find it helpful.

We do not provide clinical or crisis support. If you are unwell, in distress, or in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area. We are not able to help with that and do not hold ourselves out as able to.

You are responsible for your own care. You should speak to your own doctor before beginning any practice described here, particularly if you have a mental or physical health condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant.

Part of the course discusses the neuroscience of psychedelics and other substances that affect the brain. This is educational discussion of published research and ideas.

Nothing in this course, the AI companion, or the tools is guidance to obtain, possess, or use any substance. We do not provide doses, sources, protocols, or preparation guidance, and the AI companion is instructed to refuse those requests however they are framed.

The course itself states that this work should not be undertaken without proper medical and psychiatric screening by a qualified doctor and clinical therapist, and it identifies contraindications. We repeat that here: this is not a do-it-yourself matter.

The legal status of these substances varies by country and by state or province. You are responsible for your own compliance with the law where you are.

Access depends on what you have bought. Tiers stack — each includes everything below it.

"Lifetime" means the life of the product, not your lifetime. Where we describe access as lifetime, we mean for as long as we continue to operate this product. We will give 90 days' notice if we ever discontinue it.

Subscriptions run until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods.

AI companion usage is limited to 250 messages per calendar month. This resets at the start of each month. Unused messages do not carry over.

Specifically: 90 days' notice before we discontinue the product, and 30 days' notice before we reduce the AI message limit. An increase to the limit takes effect immediately and needs no notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Course refund — 180 days. If you bought the course and it isn't for you, you can request a refund within 180 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price of the course.

There are no conditions. You do not need to show that you worked through the material, and we will not ask.

Other purchases are not refundable. The companion-and-tools purchase and the coaching programme are not covered by the 180-day refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.

Prices may change. A change never affects something you have already bought.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than contacting us, we may suspend access while the dispute is resolved.

Your account is for you alone. Don't share your login, and don't let anyone else use your access.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is shared, resold, or used to copy or redistribute the material.

The course videos, transcripts, written material, downloadable resources, the tools, and the software are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, republish, resell, share, or use them to create a competing product, and you may not use them to train a machine-learning model.

What you write stays yours. Your conversations with the AI companion, your tool sessions, and anything else you enter belong to you. We store them so the product works for you.

Some parts of this run on services we don't control — video hosting, community, video calls, payment processing, and AI. If one of them is unavailable, parts of the product may be unavailable too. We'll do what we reasonably can, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.

We don't promise any particular outcome. What you get out of this depends on you, your circumstances, and things neither of us controls. Nothing here is a promise of any specific result, and nothing here is a promise of any health outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

We provide this on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this product.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using this at any time. Cancel a subscription through the billing page in your account.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, and we'll tell you why unless there's a legal reason we can't.

If we end your access without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of anything you've prepaid.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that means you accept the change.
