1. The short version
We collect the least we can. We store your course progress, your first practice answers, your journal entries, what you write to the AI companion, and what you enter in the tools, because the product cannot work otherwise. We do not sell your information and nothing you write is used to train any AI model.
Your data is held in the United States. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it.
2. Who is responsible
H2H Media Group, British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here.

3. What we collect
Your account. Your email address, and your name if your payment provided one. We never receive or store a password — you sign in with a link sent to your email.
Your purchase. What you bought, when, and the identifiers your payment generated. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Stripe.
Your progress. Which tutorials you have marked as finished.
What you write. Your first practice answers, your journal entries, your conversations with the AI companion, and what you enter in the practice tools. This is the most sensitive information here, and section 6 covers it separately.
Technical information. Standard server logs from operating a website — request times, error information, and similar. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used. It is cookieless and does not identify you, follow you between sites, or build a profile of you.

Our legal basis, where that applies: performing our contract with you for everything needed to deliver what you bought, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service running securely.
5. Where it is held, and who can reach it
Your account, progress, first practice answers, journal entries, conversations, and tool sessions are held in a database operated by Supabase, in the United States (West region).
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Email is sent through Resend.
Email. We use your address for receipts, sign-in links, and occasionally to contact you about the course if you have not been back for a while. That last kind carries an unsubscribe link and stopping it never affects receipts or sign-in links.
Course video is hosted by Vimeo. Loading a video means your browser contacts Vimeo, and Vimeo may set its own cookies.
The AI companion sends your messages to Anthropic to generate a reply.
The community and coaching run on Circle, and coaching calls on Zoom. Those are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Hosting and analytics are by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics records page views without cookies and without identifying individual people.
Cross-border transfer. Your information is stored and processed in the United States, which means it may be accessible to US authorities under US law. By using the product you accept this. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not use the product.
6. What you write
This deserves its own section, because it is the most sensitive thing here.
It may contain health information. The course is about difficult internal experience, and people write about what is actually going on for them. We treat these conversations as sensitive.
Nothing you write is used to train any AI model. Not ours, not Anthropic's. Your messages — and, as background, your first practice answers and journal entries — are sent to generate your reply and for no other purpose.
We can technically see it. Conversations are stored in our database and are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not read them as a matter of course, and we access them only where we genuinely have to — investigating a fault you have reported, or where we are legally required to.
Safety flags work differently depending on where you are. In the practice tools, if the tools detect language suggesting crisis or distress, the session ends early and records only that it happened — not what you wrote. In the first practice and the journal, what you wrote is kept exactly as you wrote it, nothing is blocked, and we record only that the check matched.
You can delete conversations and journal entries. Deleting one removes it and everything attached to it. Your first practice answers are not separately deletable — they go when your account does.
A flagged entry is never a reason we contact you. If something you wrote matched our safety wording check, we exclude you from the occasional email described in section 5 rather than including you.
7. What we do not do
- We do not sell your information
- We do not share it for outside advertising
- We do not use anything you write to train AI models
- We do not run advertising within the product
- We do not profile you for advertising, and no automated decision affects your access
8. How long we keep it
We keep your account and what is in it for as long as you have an account.
If you ask us to delete your account, we remove it and everything attached to it, except records we are required to keep — payment records for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years.
Server logs are kept for a short period, then discarded.
9. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Our analytics is cookieless.
Vimeo may set its own cookies when a video loads. Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of what we hold
- correct anything wrong
- delete your account and its contents
- stop using your information for a particular purpose

11. Security
Access to your data requires being signed in as you. Our database enforces this at the row level, so one person's account cannot reach another's, and that is enforced by the database rather than only by application code.
Payment card details never reach our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that puts you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
12. Children
This is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
14. Contact
This address is monitored, but it is not a channel for medical or crisis support. If you are unwell or in distress, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
